 DW, Do you think that you have gotten enough rain to sprout the seeds that you planted earlier in the week? We have gotten about 8" at my place and has settled the dust nicely.

There has not been enough crappie taken out of NM this year to have a good fish fry...
So the numbers should be good next year..... Plus a few big uns too....
Time will tell...
NM 15.23' above normal.....
Crappie fishing... what else is there ??

EW I was looking at the reservoir release report of the Ft Worth dist Army Corps of engineers since we got all that water dumped on us.I guess they got it wrong.

As of Sat. 2:00 p.m. NM lake level is 15.54' above normal....
Here we go again.....
Crappie fishing... what else is there ??

Maxj I think the creeks will be green most of the seeds got washed away and so did the powder dry pasture.It finally quit rainin about 1.Looks like next weekend is gonna be wet also.Guess it's time to replant.Ha I'm like the farmer that won the lottery when asked what he was gonna do with the money he replied keep farmin till I run out of money.Keith wanted some lake front property now ya got some.Darrell

Models are still saying a "multi-day rain event with potentially heavy rain" again Friday-Saturday of next week. El Nio is here boys.

I wouldn't be surprised if you caught something....my kids were catching perch in the middle of the road (not even a joke) and I'm at least 2 miles from the creek.
