This boat is the fulfillment of a promise to friend, Jim Dolan, the founder of Heroes On Water. HOW is a great ministry of healing to our heroes coming back with physical and emotional injuries and has proven very valuable in their rehabilitation. The boat is to be auctioned off at the Houston Music Festival in March 2016.
Thank you Jim for your faithful service to honor the real heroes of our nation.

It's been raining so much down here that I've had a lot of time to work on the boat.

I posted this on Facebook seeing if anyone knew what I am doing here. This is the front cargo hold that will be covered with a hatched deck.

Exciting times for HOW - Heroes on the Water! I am very pleased that there is a brand new chapter for Heroes on the Water at Fort Hood. Looking forward to helping serve our Heroes! I know the kayak fishing community and the kayak fishing industry will give the Fort Hood chapter some Great Support!!
