Well gang, Monday headed to amistad for a month. 10th year doing this. Will go back in March for a month. Any current input will be greatly appreciated. I don't do tournaments so no pressure, just relaxing fishing. Thanks for any help. Will keep u posted on visit.

Just got back fishing was good fri, sat was slow still caught a few. frogs in morn, c-rig flukes after that. Also caught a few on 10" worms. Good luck.

Frogs on grass early, shad flukes & senco's rest of the day. Last weekend caught some in the 3 & 4 lb range

Not sure what happened to the bigger fish at Amistad. Cast couples were there, many I know where there for a week. Tons of small fish caught. Keepers hard to find. Did the big fish move or did they die when the lake was so low. Lake should be great again in a couple of years because everyone I talked to said they have never see so many small bass.
