We went last thursday off hulen. Had better than expected success. 5 bass and a hand full of perch, saw a few carp but couldnt get one to take the fly.

You can get to it off BelAire. Fished there many times. You walk down the bike path to the dam and then go either direction. If you've got a yak go up river, but you can walk down river before you get to deeper water. 
I'm on other forums that deal with the old turbo powered Buicks.;)
