Wondering if I've just been asleep and this is the way it's supposed to work or if this is a problem indicator. Local dealer is closed today and I'm impatient.

Not the P hole. There's water coming out of that like it's supposed to.

There's a squarish hole on the centerline at the back of the motor a bit below the hood/cover. Yesterday noticed that slowly putting along no-wake zone there was water splashing out of that hole, not a steady stream like the P hole, sort of splashing out spurtingly (hope that description makes some kind of sense). Something of concern or am I just being a worrywart?

I think it's the exhaust and normal. But i COULD be wrong. I'm not good with motors so take it with a grain of salt.

All is well.

Yep, perfectly normal says dealer's mech. I don't remember the exact terms but it has something to do with idle or slow speed. Apparently I never noticed it before because this time the Gson was driving the boat out of the no-wake launch area and I saw it while arranging gear at the back of the boat. Now to find something else to worry about...
