For all of the big and tall guys. Who has the best raingear? Looking at Bass Pro in tall size. Any reports on GILL coast jacket? Wondering how they would fit.... Thank y'all for the advise.

The Bargain Cave at Cabelas can be your friend! Many of the items are too rich for me until they start landing there. Remember, something as simple as a style or color change for the regular offerings is enough to send items to the Bargain Cave (or being off-season for the item you seek). My Guidewear Bass Angler raingear was at 50% or more off regular price. I got it off-season last winter and have been thrilled with it. It is very good, and lighter than the others I checked out so it's decent in warm weather. They have it now in tall, but not quite 50% off.

The GILL is a great rain suit. Idk how tall you are but I am 6' 5' and weigh 275 and the XL fits me perfectly. Not too loose, not too tight, and KEEPS ME DRY!! Kinda pricey but at the time I thought it was worth it and today I still do.

Man I looked at a LOT of them before deciding. Found my 2 piece set at Academy, H20....$69 ea (jacket and bib pants).
Easy to get on, comfortable..if you watch, they run them on sale from time to time.
Many on here folks are mentioning are great but, these (IMO) fill the same bill but at a budget price I can easily afford.
As always....the choice is yours. Just food for thought
God Bless

I can not justify a Sims suit, but the majority of gortex is worth it.
