I am in need of a good jig rod, and I am looking in around the 100$ range. I will be fishing everything from 1/4 ounce bits you flips on it to a 1/2 ounce flipping jig. It is really important to me that the rod has great sensitivity and it is well balanced and light. Personally mojo bass feel to heavy weight wise, but I like I like the BPS carbon lite or a rod similar to it. Please leave some recomendations of rods I could check out.
THANKS-Troy

I have started converting all of my rods to these, they are great rods for the price & the warranty (IF you ever needed it) is awesome! I've owned several of these rods from the Air to the Genesis to the Fiber & they have ALL been great rods! Only used the warranty once in 4 years (it was my fault not the rods) & customer service was awesome helping me as well!

OH & I AM NOT IN ANY WAY SPONSORED BY IROD, it's just been my experience. Thank you sooooo much Gabe Bolivar!

St. Croix Premier

If it were me, I'd spend the extra $20 and get the PC70MHF. They improved the Premier series a few years ago and they're better than ever. Very light and sensitive, doesn't feel like you're holding a wet noodle anymore. For the price, you can't beat it.

Abu Garcia Vendetta was a good $75 rod when I had one a few years ago. Very sensitive jig rod for the $. But mine broke trying to pop a jig loose from a stump.

You might even consider getting a used rod on here or bass boat central. I have bought a lot of good used rods and reels over the years. You can get a better quality rod for the money that way.
