My son's Nick and Noah had a half day of school today. They asked if I'd please pick them up at noon and if we could head straight to the ramp?! Well all I need is an excuse so we did exactly that.

Fish were stacked on timber in 12 to 20' of water. We double dipped white and chartreuse BoneHead Tackle Stump Bugs and did very well.

The boys had a limit between them fishing from 1pm to 4pm with just as many throw backs.

Unfortunately Noah had soccer practice or we'd still be on the water.

What a great story, those two youngsters will always remember their dad taking making/taking time to spend with them, and take them fishing....no better story on this website.....

Nice job DAD

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

Making sure they can get Ole dad or themselves back to shore in an emergency!

Hot foot is a great safety feature!
