I'll be headed up there this weekend for a few days of fishing for largemouth and smallmouth. Anyone catching anything worth bragging about? If so how are you catching them? Don't need specific spots just need stuff to look for. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Top waters early, wakebait, 1.5 size cranks in shad patterns. Small bass biting all over the lake finding solid keepers if tough though. I'll be headed up there in the morning looking for some big smallies I'll report back on how we do.

Really good last Saturday for small fish. Better fish were close to deep water on the windy points. Caught fish on top waters and Worms and everything in between. Our best 5 would have been about 15lbs.

See you on the lake and have a great day!

I was told the turnover has started in parts of the lake.

And I know who "Jeff" is.

Thanks guys, I've been hearing a lot about the small fish moving up. Looking forward to hearing how you do Brad!

Fished a couple of weeks ago and they were biting good. Spinnerbaits, swim jigs and cranks around the flooded brush was the ticket for us. Lake has been dropping still so the flooded brush might be getting a little shallow now. Fish were as fat as I have seen them in years.
