Fishing has started to pick up on Lake Fork. Check out my video report where I talk about what baits we have been using and types of areas i've been fishing this week. I have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday open this week if you're looking to go catch some fish or pre fish for the Berkley tournament.
I've also been running trips on Lake O' The Pines and will continue to throughout the fall. We've been catching really good numbers of fish on white Spro Frogs, shad pattern Smash Tech smash tail swimbaits and white/chartruse Santone Swim jigs around thick lilly pads mixed with other vegetation in the morning and flipping a California Run Smash Bug on a 1 ounce tungstun weight in matted hyacinths later in the day.
I have dates in November available too, and the fishing should just keep getting better from here. Be sure to ask about my fall guide trip specials when you call me to book your trip!
Here are a few pictures from my trips this week. Good luck on the water!
I was on Cypress Springs today for a tournament and a guy on a dock asked if I knew a guide that fished there for a couple relatives of his....I gave him your # if it hasn't changed since I bought a couple rods from you two years ago....
