Hit belton this morning. Started out looking shallow and only found a couple. Got most of my fish from 12 to 24 ft. on cut shad. Drifting and anchored. I caught around 25 blues and kept 20. Nothing big.

we were out there sunday and only caught 4 the biggest wast just under 15in the rest were 11-12 so they all went back in the lake. all our fish came out of 35-40ft of water. The whites were every where feeding on top out in front of Balora. We put a some gold flat fish and just trolled that area for about and hour and have 19 keeps in the boat. I am not big on whites I had my daughter and she gets bord fast so it kept her busy and happy to catch something. in a few years that lake wont be worth the coast of fuel to even drive over there. I idont have far to drive i just cut across base from were i live I think next week if i can get some more Haring I am going to give stillhouse a shot. i have never really given the lake a shot for cats
