The east TX division is close to home for sure. I can fish most of these and sleep at home at night (except for Bob Sandlin). I was planning to fish BFL, but these sure are tempting. The $5K guarantee is a nice bonus.

And also the guys who register early get first boat numbers. So there is probably already someone who is boat # 1 for the whole season including the two day championship.

Now that will work.
The non linking would not be good though if not enough boats show up. Usally always more boats than coangler. As long as you sign up a month before each tournament you should have no worries. There are also plenty of boaters on the fourm that will gladly link with you. I would but i link with my dad.

No linking in this series. I was a co-angler all year last year and never went without a ride. If you register up front for the whole series, you shouldn't have to worry about getting left on the dock. Unfortunately I'll only be able to make 2 this year because of scheduling conflicts with RHBC. Great series

Trust me I have already spoke to Chris about it and the top of ABA. Call ABA and talk to them I was told im the only person complaining in the whole country. It is on the website in black and white. I told them im the only person complaining because nobody else has paid attention to it.

Athens, AL - Registration opens this morning at 8am for the all new Ram Truck Open Series that will offer a guaranteed minimum first place to boaters of $5,000 at one-day bass tournaments. Boat and Flight assignments will be given based on first come first serve.
