Looking for someone to boat captain 2 high school boys on lake Palestine October the 24th. These 2 boys didn't get to fish the last tournament because I couldn't find a boat captain for them. If you can, please message me and I can give you the details and requirements to be a boat captain. Thanks in advance for helping these kids out.

according to Ken Starling getting the boater qualified by the high school seems to be part of the problem. But also in another post I read that if someone already has been approved for a CHL then they would then pass the HS background checks.
so you might approach it from that angle.
