Looking for opinions and real world experiences on back-up cameras. I have a short wheelbase E-150 that I use to launch my boat 3-5 times a week. I seem to have an average of 6-8 times of stopping and looking to see how close and where to the hitch and it is getting pretty old.
The Echomaster is one that comes up a lot on the searches, but I would like to hear comments about any of them, real world, not what your uncle's brother-in-law thinks about them.
I have a Rostra on my F-250 that works great, but they do not make one for vans.

I had one a couple of years ago that worked great. That is till the plastic lens clouded over. It looked like some headlights do after three years. It became unusable. If there is one made with glass lens or if you can keep it out of the sun, go for it. You will not be disappointed.

The one I had mounted where the license plate mounted on a Ranch Hand bumper on a Ford pickup. It aimed right at the top of the ball on a receiver hitch.
