I have been fishing Patman the last couple weekends and it's been pretty tough but have caught enough for a meal each time! The lake is stable and muddy on the upper-end! One trip, I gave some fish to another (didn't) want the hassle of cleaning and clean-up. The last trip, water temp @ Mauldon was 71'@ launch, so things are looking up!

I hate to hear this. I am headed over there Friday morning for the weekend. Dad said it was muddy and he fished hard for 3 Tuesday.

I put in at Eliots Bluff this morning around 10:00 fished to 1:00. Caught a lot of small ones and put 5 good ones in the live well. Temp was 76 and clear. fished with a Joker glimmer blue and a big bite Blu/Blk/Chartruese. Been fishing Millwood 71 landing and below the spillway catching some good fish and seeing lots of big alligators.

I wasn't, but there was a boat in the crappie corner area. I look for hidden structures with my electronics. I have a HP 1198 on the console and a HB 859 HD DI on the bow.

We only managed three keepers this morning. Most on a black and white thump buddy with a pink head off stumps. Maybe it will be better tomorrow.
