I don't have any Navionics/HotMaps chips or GPS that can use those. So, I wanted to find some software for my PC.
Any suggestions?

The Navionics website has a free web app with which you can use to plan out your trip. If you have a smartphone they have an app for both android and iphones for about $10 for the standard and $49 for the HD version. Both of these are annual fees.
I'd rather be fishing...
