Good to see you are still catching fish and doing well John. Reading the horrible lake reports on six ole geezers, I wondered how the Texoma guides were doing. Those fish look pretty fat. The ones that went over the dam at PK starved in the Brazos and look horrible. Red River must have a lot of forage for them.
John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.

They are still generating daily but I don't know how much longer they will keep doing that. The lake is low again now and they normally quit generating in the fall when electricity demand is less. The fish in the river still look good but I have seen a few that I though we're skinny.

John, you must be the only airboat on the river that doesn't fish live shad in the hole on the south side of the pilings. Every time I go fly fishing in my float tube I see one or two airboats sitting on top of that hole and the other one a couple hundred yards downriver. You look like you're catching bigger fish than the others are.

I think the bite is really good in that hole but I am not trying to just put fish in the boat. I really enjoy the topwater bite and I also believe the quality is better. It might not be quite as easy but I enjoy the trip and so do most of my clients. Thanks for noticing.
