We got there a bit late because I had to put a set of bars and j cradles on the minivan. After we loaded up headed to jordan park on ray roberts. Paddled towards wolf island and anchored. The bite was steady. We moved around a bit and ended up with 20+ cats and a few good ones. Amanda landed one right around 20 lbs and another teenager, I had a couple 10 lb or so. She put the whoopin on me this time. So much fun to watch her do what she loves to do. We havent gone much for cats this year and its now time. They are biting good.

That is great to hear. One day I'm going to have to get out and figure out how to get on catfish like that.

Every time I end up fishing for catfish I end up wasting a lot of time sitting around and a little bit of time catching turtles.

Is there a reason you went to raybob instead of lewisville?

yes. Wolf island is special to us. We havent been there in a while and have always had great luck there...just bring bait cause it can be hard to get there.

It is time we fished together again. I just got home from Port A and thought Catfish J would have loved to be here, the water was clear and seas nice. PS I did not venture BYB but did manage to get the trout at night.

I remember the day Christian was frustrated that he couldn't get his friends to go fishing when he wanted to, and as we all know that's all the time. Lol. Now he has the perfect fishing partner that wants to go more than he does.
