Um, not to advertise....but I got a place to fish down in Brazoria County near Danbury. The club stays full, but I'm about to expand and may have an opening soon. I have five fishing lakes ranging in size from 7 to over 60 acres. If things work out on a current project, I'll have folks fishing for peacock bass by this time next year.

Send me a PM and I can give you the lowdown.

Steve (salex) at privatewaterfishing.com has a lot of satisfied customers, not sure how much he has around Houston.

Around me there are several other fishing clubs, I believe mine has the best value. I'm a fisheries biologist and also operate a hatchery, fish brokerage, consulting firm and service biz. All of which benefit the fishing club.

Around me is Seven Lakes (Damon) and Bieri's (Danbury) among many others.

North of town is a place called "Artesian Lakes" and if you rent one of their very high end lake houses, you get fishing rights with it.

Have never heard of Tuscan lake.....give some info on it. I have fished Lake Raven at Huntsville State Park. I usually drive to Livingston or Sam Rayburn. Don't know anything about Ellington or La grange. I am really looking for something without jet skis and ski boats. I grew up fishing Lake Fork there is no jet ski problem there. Conroe and Houston are a joke in the summer time.

The 4 lakes mentioned above, including La Grange and Ellington are private lakes. These are lakes we lease a make available to our members. We lease 65 others in Texas and Oklahoma. As a member you can fish on any of them. They are not pay lakes in the traditional sense. You must be a member before fishing. We do not allow jet skis or ski boats. When you reserve the lake, you are the only one on the lake, no other members allowed. Very Private.
