Did a little scouting on Aquilla this morning. It was kinda slow. First tried brush piles, nothing but dinks so I moved to the timber and what do ya know BAM! First tree I dunked on produced a big Crappie. Now I'm not saying it was on and popping but I did manage a dozen good ones. Timber in anywhere from 10 foot to 16 foot. It seems like the bigger the tree the better the bite. Black chartreuse jigs tipped with chartreuse crappie nibble.
If 3/4 of the earth is covered in water and 1/4 is dry land than doesn't it stand to reason that God intended for man to spend 3/4 more time fishing than working?
