Good afternoon yall,

Can anyone suggest an idea for a table to clean fish outside in my backyard?

Last time, I made a bit of a mess in the kitchen while I was filleting some specks.
I'd rather do it outside where I can rinse everything off with a garden hose.

Thanks,

Oh cool thanks.
It's a good size, big enough the fillet with easy.
Small enough to take with me on camping trips.

You haven't had any problems with the legs and nuts/bolts rusting over time?

Wow.
Those are awesome, but I'm sure they're pretty pricey.

no problems so far with rust...but I use it for inland fresh water fish not salt water..not sure how it will hold up in coastal area...and I keep it stored in my storage building when not is use...you can also go on Amazon and ask that question..

Sounds like you want it portable for travel.

Simple - ironing board or Table , which I have used for many years until I made a permanent station at the house from Stilestone when the kitchen was remodeled. I still use the table from time to time. I like the three adjustable levels of the table. The highest setting is perfect for filleting without having to bend over and tiring the back.

My buddy uses one of these:

It sits on a five gallon bucket, so you can toss the heads/bones in the bucket. You do need to sit while using it (not a bad thing).

This was leftover from another project. Now it's the folding shop table and fillet table.
There are smaller ones.
Easy to clean.
Hose off

Old ironing board. Right height, hose it off, and fold to store

When you scale the fish, have some water running over the fish so scales don't fly. Leave a trash bag in the sink and have it so water will still be able to escape. It will hold all your fish parts so you can dispose of it without making such a mess.

This is what I use and I usually back my truck up to my garage door and put the tailgate down. Then
I just lay it on the tailgate and go to cleaning my fish. The good part is it is portable, easily cleaned and I can turn on my propane heater if it is cold.
