 Surf Side area this weekend questions!?

May be going to surf side this weekend. I was wondering where some good areas are for surf/bank fishing and what has been biting. Also is there inexpensive guides or parry style boats in that area. Just looking for maybe like a 4 hours and no more than a couple hundred bucks. There will be 2 of us. Thanks in advance.

Surfside jetties or Quintana pier as far as getting a guide got to call in advance and check them out online
fishing is better than work!
