I havent fished BP much this year, but you cant go wrong with a shad patterned crank bait early. I usually throw a square bill around flooded bushes on any bank that caught the wind overnight. Later in the day i would flip docks up in the fingers (river) with a small creature bait or finesse jig. Look for docks with brush if you can. They will also suspend under floating docks, so a weightless wacky rig can work.

Amon Carter is a really good lake, but fishing has been a little off this year, in my opinion. It fishes very different than Bridgeport. The old half is docks and cat tails, the new one is rocks and standing timber. New half is much clearer than the old.
