Wanting to fish tonight and actually catch a few, not great angler but def no rookie even still have been skunked here lately each time out leon, ray roberts, marine creek etc... Where is there a decent bute right now and would be night fshing on this one wanting to stay in about 1 1/2 hr of ft worth considering bridgeport or amon carter any info and/or tips wiuld be appreciated

Lewisville was pretty good today. Small soft plastics on Texas rig worked all day.

I fished Joe Pool as well last weekend...was good fishing all day. Probably caught 30-40 unders from 1pm to 7pm. I threw a 1.0 squarebill and a T-rig 7in worm in 0-4FOW all day. Best fish was 4.5lbs....top water bite started around 630pm.

Used a t-rig on a lizard. Fished from bank and caught a good one at Joe Pool.

Hubbard wasn't all that bad last night. Caught a bunch of 1-2 pound fish around rocks on a squarebill and trap. Biggest went a little over 4. Started fishing out there this year and this was the first somewhat productive trip targeting largemouth. Only been about 6 times though. That 4 pounder really surprised me after catching nothing but small fish most trips.
