Where can I find a used starter localy. There are some other trouble shooting im going to do before calling it. But that what im leading up.

Just make sure it is your starter. Test it by connecting a jumper cable from + battery straight to starter post. If it works something else is wrong like the cranking battery, the starter solenoid or the neutral safety switch.
