Palestine Resort in Highsaw/Ledbetter creek has some cabins

+1 on lake Palestine resort. Decent cafe also

You can try Skytraqs on lake palestine if you want (Google skytraqs lake palestine). they have a number of cabins and a boat launch ramp onsite. It's right next to Cob Inlet, a favorite for bass fishermen.

903-825-3962 I believe the lady's name is Marge. She has a cabin on the water in saline. Nicest place you will ever stay at on palestine.

Lake Palestine Motor Inn. Ramp right behind the hotel in Ledbetter cove. Kind of a low end place but good prices and close to the launch area.
Gateway Inn on Saline bay they have their own ramp.

B and B called Duck Inn. I am not sure if its still open but it was great.
