Did a scouting run from 10:30AM to 2:30PM. Caught fish readily in 2 spots: north tip of Spillway Hump and Kevin's Point. They were in 18 to 19 fow at Spillway and in 20 to 23 fow at Kevin's Point. The 20 to 23 fow is encouraging and may signal that we don't just have to look shallow (10 to 18 fow) for the rest of the fall. Also, caught a few at Enchanted Isle Ridge, but fish kept moving. Another good sign, I could catch them in the 20 to 23 fow with 4's - not just 2's.

Sunday morning early the gulls were working baitfish south side of Enchanted Island, with NE wind blowing. It only lasted about 10 minutes as it seemed the fish were really moving. Long enough for one legal hybrid, several undersized hybrids and a couple of big SB on white/black slabs. Enjoyed talking to that Fastguy guy, too.
