 Illuminated rocker switch

i have a rocker that stays illuminated even in the off position. It is a 3 way switch, pushed in at top is for nav. Lights. Middle position is off and pushed in at bottom is for anchor light. No matter what position I have it in, the bottom light ( anchor) stays illuminated red. Is this a bad switch or something else?

Actually I'm an idiot. Bow switch was on, thus back switch illuminated. Front graph hides the switch so I never pay attention to it. I just needed to turn off bow switch, lol.. Learning moment...
