I'm thinking about getting the yak attack parknpole 8ft version but are their any longer ones?

You can make one yourself or get one at http://anglersprotackle.com/ that's where I got mine, it's half the price than yak attack.

^^This. I made my own with PVC pipe and then saw these. Wish I would have seen them sooner!

8 foot plant stake pole from Home Depot - $5.50. It is plastic coated metal. Not telescopic, but it is simple and easy.
