Me and Terry did a trip in my boat today. Fished catfish early north and caught a few early Went looking for some sand bass. fish moving just as the last two weeks. If find them on scope before you get on top of them they are gone. Did finally find some fish that would hold for a while. The little boys got to reel in a lot of fish. Found them on a deep water point 22 fow. So glad we found some fish since Grandpa and grand ma drove in from Midland. Johnny

Way to make it happen man! How did the lake look? It looked a little murked up and foamy Thursday.

Congrats on finding some biting fish. I went late yesterday -- during a busy Saturday afternoon, boat show and all -- and marked a lot but couldn't find any biters. I think at the time I went, too many boats on the lake, too much chop, fish might have been timid. Full moon, too. Water seems to be getting slightly less clear and bit more murky at the spots I fished. Should have gone in the morning, as I normally try to do. Water temp 87-90.
