They are alittle different, mainly the cup on the mouth. IMO the Rico is a little more subtle as it is not cupped as much as a magic. Both are fish catchers and are offered in many colors. They are both great poppers.

Yellow magic is the only lure ive ever found that is worth paying over $15 a peice for.

Yellow Magic. Mine have lost their color, their just a piece of plastic with hooks and fish keep on hitting them like I just took them out of the box.
