I am having the hardest time setting up this card. I download the chart installer and then click run and nothing happens. It will download and then go to my desktop. If I go into downloads and try to open it, it will smooth lock down the computer until it times out. If I try to right click to delete it to try and redownload, it will lock up the computer.

Going to try taking it to the office and see if I can make it work on my laptop. Really really angry with this thing. Feel like I wanna punch Mr. Navionic in the face right now.

I actually was in the program and updated both of my Nav+ today to add Table Rock lake to my Nav+ cards and it worked great, only took about 2-3 mins on each card. I have mine on my laptop, maybe it is a connection or software problem? Let me know once you try it on your laptop and we will go from there. It sounds like you are doing everything correct as far as the DL and trying to use it and I have not heard lately of their being an issue with the app.

If you are trying to use Internet Explorer---DON'T unless you have IE 9 or lower.
Firefox, Chrome are a couple that have no issues with the Navionics web site.

I was using internet explorer. I'm not sure exactly what versions of whatever I was using. I do know that it was on my wife's laptop that is pretty new like maybe two three months old. When I put it into mine everything went smooth. It was easy no problems on this one.
