Has anyone used the gander mountain fluorocarbon line that has Dean Rojas on the box? I bought a bunch of it 1/2 off and hoped its good plus its made by Sunline.

I've never used their line. . .and I'd be very nervous to. I've used a few other gander mtn brand fishing items, mainly plastics, and they suck. Hopefully I'm wrong, and like I said, I've never used it, but I would be VERY cautious. If I were you I'd test the hell out of it before using it.

I seen it when Gander Mountain open in Killeen and seen that it was made by Sunline so I gave it try. I haven't had any issues with it and seem to hold up pretty good. Hard to beat the price too.

i didnt like it. It didnt seem to hold up to me. If you fish one day, then go the next, you should change it, it wont hold up. Maybe I got an old spool, but I wont buy it again.

Gander mountain sux. So I'm sure the line does too

I've been using it since this spring and like it. Decent abrasion resistance, not too much memory, good knot strength. I haven't had any more issues with it than any other floro I've used.

Can't go wrong with bass pro brand fluro.

It's cheap for a reason.

I use their 12lb on a lot of my rigs especially with traps and crankbaits. No issues with it and can't beat the price.
