Anyone here happen to have any fishing experience out of either of these boats? I paddled them at a demo back on the 19th and it left me kind of torn between the two.

They are both pretty good, low profile kayaks. The Viking has something I really like with the Tackle Pod and what I call the child pod. You can removed the tackle pod and put in the child pod which smooths down the deck and reduces weight and bulk if you want to just paddle. The tackle pod allows you to store a lot of stuff and all in front of you. I liked the side saddle stability for marsh fishing in the Viking. At 180 pounds I turned side saddle, hung my legs over the side and it didn't dip. It held it's stability and was still comfortable. Marsh guys will love that. Offshore I wouldn't do that but beam stability is really nice in the Viking. It also has a front hatch that is angled rather than directly on top. It means I don't have to go as far forward to get to my stuff in there. Both have a nice rear tankwell for a 40" fishbag or maybe bigger. Nice for offshore hauls so you aren't fighting with the sharks old man and the sea style.
I like them both but the Viking with the removable and replaceable pod gets the nod. But again, just my opinion.

I've been going back and forth about them in my mind since that demo day and my reasons for liking the viking are almost exactly the same as your opinion. Even though I felt the OK paddled better, the accessories of the reload make it the better choice for me.
