Fork. Very little traffic, fish can be schooled up, fish are more predictable and room prices can be cheaper. Fish are trying to fatten up for winter.

Mexico: Cost the same per day if you are staying for awhile. We drive down, pull the boats fish for 5 or 6 days and will have 100 per day with 50 of those over 5 lbs. It is a 10 day trip if one can get off that many days.

Lake Tenkiller! About an hour SE of Tulsa. You'll get a good mix of largemouth and smallmouth there too

Most any east Texas lake. Forks a good choice. I really like Lake O The Pines. Fish are usually easy to pattern.

Is this a trick question? "If you had to fish early November" sounds like it would be an activity you don't choose to do. I'm fishin' straight through to the end of December, but I won't pick it up again until the beginning of January. I would pick Lake Fayette or Bastrop.

November is one of the best months to fish in Texas.
Not a lot of people on the water and the fish are feeding up for winter. If you are coming from out of state, it's hard to beat Fork. If it's doable, book a guide for a day to get the patterns down.

Any lake with water in it. The joy of living in Texas is you can fish year round if you wish, and I do.
