Falcon! I spend a week there every November. The weather is mild and the crowds are gone. Oh and the big fish are biting.

I only fish January through December and only on days that end in y.
Fall/winter fishing in the south is a great time to be on the water.
I would have to cast a vote for Fork if you were going for size of Lake o the pines for numbers.
