I don't like them. I don't like the bps reels with the similar knobs either. I like the smooth knobs like on the lews or the foam like on a bps carbonlite.

Bought 12 packs when Dick's Sporting Goods had them on clearance for $1.47 each. Most of the reels I own are Abu's and older Shimano's, so I'm wanting them for that added bulk. I like them!

I have big mitts so I like them but like said above^^^they do cost too much. Paying 5 bucks some places for something worth fifty cents. Oh well, guess that's the same for everything else fishing related.

I have them on all my rods including the spinning. All my rods are the same (Grande Bass Ti Elite, blue blank) so in addition to the grip benefit, it helps me differentiated which rod is which. This is nice when you have 20 rods in the box.

I've been known to keep a couple of wide rubber bands in the TB for when it rains.
