I was very busy this week on the old Ray Bob pond! Caught tons of fish this week and still catching absolute Giants for this lake! Monday-Wednesday morning the fishing was a little tougher. We still caught a tons of fish but we had to work for them. Wednesday evening... It was onnnnnnn! We had big fish and they were aggressive and hungry! It's still fishing that way! Thursday morning I got my wife to sneak off with me for the first time since our boys were born. We had a fish fry to supply for today and we had no fish! She's still got it! She had 2 that were nearly 2 pounds.(on an actual scale, not just saying we had two pounders). Still running my $200 specials to end the year and also still have some working mans opening this week. The fish are starting to push shallow. Just when I think they'll bite a jig, they prove me wrong. Still using minnows on all the timber! Fall pattern is getting good for sure!
