And I am so proud of my 8 year old man. Snuck out for a couple of hours and found some decent fish moving thru an area so we anchored down. Dropped the gizzard bombs on em and brought in a few small ones. Then, shortly after had a true line screamer!!!! He nestled down in front of the stewin pole and got ready. When we both agreed it was time he popped the clicker off, reeled down like a mad man, pulled that rod out of the holder and worked that drag like a pro from start to finish during which turned out to be the best fish fight of his career.  Fish literally tried to rip his arms off and several times I thought I was going to have to step in and help em out but he got her done. His third 30 lber to date....   Now, if I can only get this second one trained?! Lol!  .
