I have an open day this Saturday 9-19-15. Here is how it will work. The trip is on Joe Pool lake for Crappie. Start time is 7:00am and will end at 12:00pm. Trip cost is $80.00 per person. The fish cleaning station is still closed so all fish will be divided and sent home with you. Everything is furnished during trip except food and drinks. The first 3 text messages I receive will confirm a spot on the boat. The fish are biting well and it looks like the weather will cooperate. Must have a valid Texas fishing to board. If you have 2 or 3 people that want to join you and are the first to text we can fill the trip that way also. My number is 817-819-0465

dang too bad i dont get paid till the end of the month or I'd be all over this...a great deal fir somebody GL!!! I'm sure it wont be hard to fill this!!!!

I can honestly say at this point the fishing is the best I have seen it in the last five years or so. 90% of the fish are keepers and they are agressive. The flood put the lake in great shape. It should only get better from here. If that's possible.

Rods454 brush piles are doing well right now even the bridge's are producing some fish.

No and it does not look like they will open it any time soon.

That's to bad. More than doubles my trip to launch.

How did you do today at the Pool? What would it cost me to tag along? I have my own boat.

Crope1 and Action Jackson decided to fill the void for today's trip. Despite the GPS not working on the fishfinder and the fish having Lockjaw these two Crappie pro's still managed to put a few in the boat. I guess this big ol bass thought that Jig looked to tempting.
