 '89 johnson 90hp problem... need help

Replaced fuel pump to b able to mix own oil with gas and replaced a powerpack that was bad on rt side. Motor ran fine first time out ran for an hour or so took it home. Went out following weekend and it starts ,idols fine but when i get up to plane and run about 30 Yards it wants to die out looses power, let off the gas do it again same result again, ideas anyone

possible air leak in fuel system, check all connections

Being that this happened after working on the fuel system I would look for a fuel line that became kinked or started leaking.
