Brad makes some great stuff! Almost won my tourney the other day on a crank I just got from him. Very nice looking and running cranks!

Lots of folks leave the jerkbaits in garage until early spring. However, during the late summer and early fall jerkbaits can be used to target hard to catch suspended bass. Jerkbaits are pretty effective when the shad are moving in the top 6 to 8 feet of the water. Shad tend to group up over open water in the middle of nowhere and the bass will hang below feeding on the shad. Sometimes a jerkbait can be the ticket to catching those suspended bass.
