Anyone had luck with them at the jettys? Didn't get a single nibble Monday afternoon from 130-430. Tried several spots that were non stop last year this time . Used cut mullet just like always and nothing other than small catfish, toad fish and one vermillion snapper.

Last year I stuck with a live mullet rig that succeed for me in the previous year and struggled while everyone else around me caught limits of reds. What did I do wrong? Too many swivels/metal in the water, hooks were too big (4/0 circle), line was too big, and the wrong bait. Shrimp on light lines was producing. Shouldn't have been so hard headed and just do what some local pros did. If you don't have a pattern figured out, try many things until you see what's working, then hone in on that. Good luck! I hope you catch them!
I'm not a chick.
