I have a 1999 ox66 and it spits and pops at idle and then dies. It cranks back up every time and then spits sputters and dies. It seems to run perfect at wot. I have replaced 3 low pressure pumps, water separator filter both, new 02 sensor, vst filter, adjusted tps, and removed guts from check valve.
I tested the fuel pressure from the shrader valve and it goes up to 36 psi when the key is turned to the on position. As soon as you crank the engine it drops to around 30 psi and begins to spit and sputter again. I know that this is to low but I need to know where to look next. I was thinking fuel pressure regulator since it is the last thing before the shrader valve.
Please Help!

The regulator is a possibility but most problems with these ox66 motors have been related to the high pressure electric fuel pump get weak or quitting all together. Only other thing I can see related to a pressure drop when running is voltage at idle. I would be very careful running this wide open until I found the problem.

What is the minimum voltage the battery should have?

11.8 I think. Closer to 12.5 the better.
