Humminbird 998 C HD SI with only 209 Hours. Bought brand new from Academy 12/1/14. Selling for $700 FTF so you can visually inspect the dead pixel. Located in Plano TX off 75 and Legacy.
Comes with EVERYTHING needed for installation and even have the original box.
Now for the bad part, there is a dead pixel located on the top right corner of the screen. FYI, I didn't even notice it while I am out fishing and the only time I notice it is when I power the unit at home during the power up sequence I can see the dead pixel.
According to Humminbird and this pulled straight from their website :With the millions of subpixels on a display, it is quite possible to have a low number of faulty transistors on an LCD. Therefore, a certain number of subpixel anomalies is considered acceptable. Rejecting all but perfect LCD panels would significantly increase the retail price for products using LCD displays. These factors apply to all manufacturers using LCD technology including all of our competitors.
If you suspect your display contains a high number of pixel anomalies, you can return the unit to Humminbird for an evaluation. There may be a charge for this evaluation.
