Im thinkin about going to Toledo Bend for a few days around the 10th of October. Never been to Teledo Bend and wanting to find a decent, clean place 2 stay. Not looking for a five star resort just a decent place on or near the lake with a good restaurant or one nearby. Dont plan on running up and down the lake too far especially if its breezy so a location near good fishing in Mid October would be best. I also plan on hiring a guide for one day just to get us on some fish having never fished here before. Any help would be appreciated. Since BASSMASTER magazine ranked it as No. 1 bass lake in the U.S. I think I may have to check it out!

I enjoyed staying at both Fin and Feather and Cypress Bend. I'd visit them both again but Cypress Bend is nicer/cleaner.

You will be happy at Fin N Feather and you will be located close to several of the best creeks on the lake. You will not have to run around very far if you don't want to. Hope you enjoy your visit.
