what kind do you throw?
I can only seem to find the z man brand, they work well but i get tired of having to push the skirt up every third cast.

Do y'all use other brands where the skirts seem to stay up better

Zman has the patent on it.

I don't know how long the patent is in effect

Picasso Shock Blade

I've really grown to like these vibrating jigs. Super lifelike detail, great vibration and they are very durable. They also come through cover very well. And the skirt will not pull down like a Zman skirt. I find that the black blade helps a lot on lakes with pressured fish. You can't go wrong with these!

what can i search for to get something other than zman. If i type chatter bait, everything is zman.

Ex) rat-l-trap = lipless crank bait

The two alternatives I use are the V&M Blade bait and Stirke Kings Pure Poison.

Take a look at the NuTech Crazy Jig.
Less hang ups/snags around wood.

With the zman, a very small zip tie will work in a pinch.
