I look forward the this time of year every year. After Labor Day, most of the big boats are put away. Its time to hit Lewiville and chase hybrids. Dont know what to expect this fall with all the water that's in the lake now. Im itching to get in on some hybrid action though. BlueNitro, whats the good word?

chase the birds right now. IT has been good on some of the large flats on the main lake. Be there early and have your binoculars ready. start at the flat around the pole and into the fish hatchery cove. throw a sassy shad and let it sink a little to get through the sandbass that are on top. They should be warming up to live bait as well.
