Anybody fished these lakes lately? If so, what is water level and the fishing like.

Thanks much.

No problem with water level on either lake right now. Pretty normal for this time of the year. Fishing on both lakes have been good the past couple of weeks. The only problem is FM 409. They are in the process of improving the stretch between FM 2029 and FM 100. It's nothing but dirt and gravel right now. So, if you are willing to get your vehicle and boat dusty you should be okay. I would suggest you come in on FM 100 for both Crockett or Coffee Mill. No problem getting to Crockett. If you head to Coffee Mill, you will be dealing with all the road construction crews, trucks etc. It's worth it though. Had a great day on Coffee Mill Friday. And, a friend of mine also had a super day on Crockett Friday. Can't go wrong at either lake. Good luck!
