Is any one fishing Cooper thsee days for Sandies, Hybrids, Bass or Crappie.
An old friend is coming end of next week, and we used to fish Cooper a lot 15 - 20 years ag0, but haven,t been is years.
I notice it is only about a foot low so all the ramps shoule be open.
Thanks much for any info you can give to two old beatup fishermen.

PS. After a few hours fishing someone may have to come and get us with an ambulance, but we're going.

It was tough a couple of weeks ago. Talked to some guys trolling rattle traps that did well on sandies and under size hybrids. Throw a few jug lines out and watch for birds working right before dark at least you will have some catfish for supper. We slayed em on jugs.

I drove across the dam Sat. AM & PM and saw 3 or 4 boats total. Not many people fishing.
